电位计的优化设计

电位计,是稠化仪的心脏,是测试水泥浆稠度的关键部件,由此可见,电位计设计的合理性,以及使用时的稳定性就显得格外的重要。

上图是经过我们的设计师精心设计优化的电位计,较传统电位计相比,我们从以下几点来详细了解。


第一:将传统电位计上端的桥架设计进行了优化,这样我们在实验时,放入电位计后可以更加直观的观察电位计指针摆动的情况,相比较传统电位计,视野更加的开阔。

第二:蜗卷弹簧的位置发生了改变,从传统电位计上端优化至电位计主体的下端,这样在使用的过程中,釜内的水泥杂质不会堆积在弹簧上,从而不会影响弹簧的线性和稠度测量的精度。

第三:直观上电位计的主体颜色发生了改变,实际上是我们的设计师为了满足不同的实验温度,改变了电位计主体的材质,这样在应对高温实验时,电位计主体不会因为高温而导致膨胀卡涩,不易取出。

导电指针

采用扭簧做指针,实现自动补偿,接触更好。

零点调整

仅需要松开导电指针上的这两个螺丝,即可调整导电指针的位置。

总的来说,优化后的电位计提高了测量的精度,和耐用性,让使用者更加的方便。
