泰克 P5100A

Tektronix P5100A 与 TPS2000B 系列数字存储示波器结合使用时，既可以提供接地测量隔离，也可以提供通道之间的完全隔离。P5120 是推荐用于测量高压直流电源纹波的探头。Tektronix P5100A 探头不应用于对直流偏移大于 300V 的信号进行交流耦合测量。
